BA PSYCH, MA Counselling, Dip Ministry, BA Music, EMDR Level 2Dale is a compassionate and caring psychologist who is enthusiastic about helping people find real answers for personal, relational, and emotional concerns. Dale has a special interest in working with men dealing with anxiety, depression, anger, addictions, trauma, work related stress and grief and loss. He works alongside clients to formulate a unique understanding of the client’s concerns and provide a treatment plan, tailored to agreed goals. Dale utilises techniques from Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Living Wisdom (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Rapid Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing (EMDR). Dale has a background in the education sector and has been working in school based and private practices for over 20 years. Dale’s years of experience working in the education sector has equipped him with many unique skills to support those transitioning through work and higher education. Dale can also assist with, spirituality and support with faith-based concerns.
In his time off Dale enjoys cycling, the beach, music production, playing guitar and restoring old cars, Thai food and drinking good coffee.
