Tayler has completed a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy, along with post graduate qualifications in Gottman Method. Tayler is also a fully accredited EMDRAA Therapist (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing). She is passionate about how EMDR can be used alongside other therapeutic interventions to support those wanting to work through attachment wounds, issues around relationships, trauma, anxiety, depression, and grief.

Tayler is gentle, calm, patient, nurturing, perceptive and empathetic therapist. Her approach to working with individuals is unique - she adapts seamlessly to her clients based on their own personality and needs. This ultimately leads to a very diverse, beautifully crafted and effective therapeutic style/relationship!

Tayler enjoys working alongside individuals ages 8yrs - 35yrs to help them gain a more embodied sense of self; giving them the tools and clarity around why they may be feeling, thinking and behaving in certain ways.

Tayler specialises in young adult struggles and life transitions, emotional regulation, attachment systems, anxiety, trauma and attachment wounds. She holds space for all her clients to help them better understand and address the impact of early relationships and experiences on their emotional well-being. She uses evidence-based approaches to foster healthier attachment patterns, improve emotional regulation skills, and reduce anxiety related to trauma.
