Sheryle is dedicated to supporting individuals through life’s challenges with compassion and respect. Holding a Master of Counselling and a Certificate IV in Mental Health, she combines professional training, experience in mental health recovery support, and years of lived experience to connect with clients in a genuine and empathic way.
Her approach is holistic, gentle, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-friendly, providing a safe, non-judgmental space where every person feels valued. Drawing on her background in pastoral care and hospital chaplaincy, Sheryle offers a calm and respectful presence that honours each client’s story.
At the heart of her work is a commitment to fostering emotional healing, encouraging self-discovery, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
