Meg has a breadth of experience working with and supporting adults from all walks of life, and a rich background working in various group and individual roles within the private sector.

Meg is passionate about relieving suffering in all its forms, therefore enabling people to build their mental resilience and live authentically. She has a special interest in managing stress, anxiety, depression, phobias, life adjustment difficulties and interpersonal conflicts, particularly within the workplace.

Meg’s therapeutic approach is warm, holistic, and sensitive to the needs of the individual, while incorporating the most appropriate evidence-based practices that encourage greater acceptance and contentment in life.
