Sian has completed a Bachelor of Behavioural Science and a Master of Counselling degree as well as a background working in a sleep disorder clinic. She has a special interest in working with adolescents in areas such as anxiety, depression, self-esteem, identity, relationship issues and trauma.
Sian also has an interest in working with veterans in relation to sleep disturbances, regulating emotions, and settling back into civilian life.
Sian is also currently providing pregnancy and peri-natal support to those dealing with difficult pregnancies, infant loss or family/relationship issues while pregnant.
Sian uses an eclectic approach that is flexible to the client’s needs, including a combination of person-centred, solution-focused, psychodynamic and cognitive behavioural approaches. Sian seeks to journey alongside clients by creating an empathetic, respectful and supportive space.
